For the children, there will be a bouncy castle adjacent to the main hospitality tent.

 

Wines and prizes kindly donated by Zonin, one of Italy’s foremost producers of fine wines. Owned and run by the Zonin family for over 150 years, their wide range of wines come from nine estates situated in the most important wine producing regions and distributed to over 100 countries worldwide.

On the day, there will be a showcase of artwork by Anna Menshenina. The work will focus on the subject of equestrian life-style taking inspiration from the sport of polo and the ‘gaucho’ culture.

The prizes for the MVPs will also be donated by the artist.

VENUE

Westcroft Park Polo Club is a private polo club based in Chobham, Surrey located on the grounds of former Ascot Park Polo Club that was established in 1976. Westcroft Park is managed by the team of well – known UK polo professionals.

 

Ascot Park (Westcroft Park predecessor) is the home to the largest Polo Academy in the world, helping over 2,500 people (including children as young as 5 years age) learn to play polo each year with HPA accredited instructors.  It is also founder of and home to the Corporate ‘Learn to Play’ Polo Experience which provides a unique and memorable team-building and client hospitality event for all to enjoy.

 

There are three full size grass grounds, one chukka ground and a stick and ball practice ground, as well as the largest-all weather outdoor polo arena in Europe for year-round polo. Pony hire, corals and fields are all set in 120 acres of beautiful countryside just 40 minutes from London and Heathrow.

Please note that the Polo Grounds and the Arena are on the opposite side of the road to the yard and offices – these directions take you directly to the office. 

 

By Car: Take M25 or M3.

 

From M25 Junction 13 

 

Take the A30 towards Camberley. In Sunningdale (after 5 miles) take a left turn B383 towards Chobham (Chobham Road) straight over the roundabout continuing towards Chobham. As you approach the village green turn right into Windlesham Road. Westcroft Park Polo Club is signed on the right after 1 mile, immediately after Woodcock Lane. 

 

From M25 Junction 11 

 

Take A320 towards Woking at end of dual carriageway take left at the St Peters Hospital roundabout still heading towards Woking - past ambulance station/ at the next roundabout turn right (last exit) to Chobham and Fairoaks airport. 4 miles until road ends with a T in Chobham, turn right to Sunningdale - after 1/2 mile as road opens up onto village green turn left into Windlesham Road. Westcroft Park Polo Club is signed on the right after 1 mile, (immediately after Woodcock Lane) 

 

From M3 Junction 3

 

Take the A322 south towards Guildford. At the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway turn left A319 to Chobham. Take the third lane on the left - Halebourne Lane to the end. Turn right onto Windlesham Road. Westcroft Park Polo Club is on the left after 300 yards.

 

By Public Transport:  Take a train either from Paddington to Staines or from Waterloo to Sunningdale or Woking with taxi to Westcroft Polo Club (GU24 8SN).
